The Microsoft Faculty Connection site is a resource for technology educators that offers free software, curricula, and technical news and forums. Drawing information from internal databases, Denny Mountain Media maintains a variety of scorecards that enable the client to gauge customer interactivity, and uses Consensus and other external survey applications to instrument and manage survey data.

Microsoft.com Ad Operations

Denny Mountain Media generates monthly reports for campaign owners via Ad Reports that detail clickthroughs, impression data, and clickthrough percentages. We also use Ad Expert to pull each month’s available ad inventory to provide campaign owners with the number of impressions required to ensure the success of their campaigns, and we use WebTrends to pull monthly reports that identify the top 200 most-searched terms within Microsoft.com. This project also includes executing Microsoft.com display advertising campaigns (internal digital advertising), managing Windows Mobile inventory, and website marketing tracking/reporting, which entails using several tools to provide performance reports and forecasting.
